Momma's Easy Chicken Potpie

Easy to do in a quick amount of time...
2 to 3 chicken breasts fully cooked

your choice of vegetables (use frozen, thawed)

1 to 2 cans cream of chicken
(depending on size of dish)

Bisquick biscuit mix (fix according to package)

In a deep dish, layer chicken, vegetables and cream of chicken, salt and pepper to taste. After preparing the biscuit mix, spread dough over top. I only use half the biscuit dough for smaller dishes.
Preheat to 350*
Bake 15 minutes
Raise temperature to 400*
Bake another 15 to 20 minutes until top is golden and biscuit is done.
Simple and yummy!
